@hollydolly Surely your vac came with instructions, right? Take out and identify all the pieces. Then do everything in order, just like the instructions tell you. I'm hardly mechanically inclined, but I've put together many a vac in my time. You got this!

Waiting for the yeast to proof.
I have never had to asemble a vacuum cleaner, they've all come already assembled.. all I had to do was attach the hose and the head ... this one is in about 20 different parts...

Good morning folks....been here awhile, then laid back down
for a bit....feel okay today some aches and pains of course....
setting here thinking about sausage gravy and biscuits and
wether I can stand at stove long enuff to make it....waiting for
UPS driver to come by and pick up my return also...otherwise
its just dishes, eat, laundry and so on.....I'm having strange
crampy/pains in left calf, dunno why,,,,okay enuff from me
you all take care and I love you!!!!!:cool::coffee:

Maybe next time make a double batch of sausage and put some in the freezer?

Do you (can you) take potassium Hawkdon? I had to start taking it because I got terrible cramps in my foot. Since I started taking potassium, I no longer have that problem. But after finding out that I'm in the very early stages of renal failure, I cut back a bit because too much potassium is not good. My potassium levels have stayed within normal range however.

@hawkdon @hearlady's idea is a good one. I'm kinda lazy when it comes to making biscuits so I get Pillsbury Grands in the sack from the freezer section...think there are 18?...and just take out what I'm going to use. If you make a double batch of sausage gravy, you'll be all set.

Bread dough is in the oven (draft free spot!) for the first rise. I need to make bread more often. Used to be I knew the recipe by heart, now I have to read and re-read the recipe to be sure I'm measuring right and doing everything in the right order. >le sigh<

DGD was bemoaning the fact that there's no homemade bread anymore so I told her I'd make some today. Um...no homemade bread anymore? It's because nobody eats it after the first day. The recipe makes three small (1 lb) loaves or two big (1 1/2 lb) loaves. Today's effort is gonna be two of the bigger ones.

Just went out to sit on teeny, tiny patio with coffee. It's still darned chilly out there, only 52F, but it's sunny and no wind. I might be moved to putter in the garden later. The weeds. The darned weeds

i take a multi vitamin when I remember to, and also a calc/pott/something else too....I am leaning more towards a circulation problem right now tho...thanks....

well a dry day here,so i put all the garden furniture in garage, another summer over,,just heard we may have an indian summer,i hope
I don't mind summer being over because the heat is over, too, but I do really love ❤️ Drop, when the leaves drop off the trees. Our Drop temps are usually mid- to high-70s during the day and mid-40s at night. Ahhhh🍂🍁

Where we live, there's no need to put the garden furniture away.

A sunny 62 .
Mac & l had our walk.

I read till 1:30 last night,, so am tad slow this morning.

Hubby had a truck to get inspected & left about 8:30 this morning.

Few minutes later he comes in the front door, scaring me!!
He didn't get far ,, a drive shaft 'went' /broke on the old truck.
He manged to get it home, started working on it.

@holly I bought a cheap sweeper at a farm store.
Used it a bit.
It' s hard to push around on rugs.

Decried to dump it's canister.
Must have put it back together wrong.
It blew dust all over??
So it's in a corner out of the way.

Used m Dyson till shut down.
It's canister was full.
It's old , when you dump the canister it falls apart.
Tried cleaning it. out,, really was full of dirt!

I think it is dry enough I can put it back together.

Hope every one has a nice day.

I have no space to put the garden furnsiture away for winter.. I just put all the chair cushions away, and leave the chairs to fend for themselves.. and the Big Parasol has it's own cover so that stays out all year round

I bought some No Salt salt replacement which is potassium chloride. I mix it half and half with the salt that I use for cooking and seasoning. My sodium and potassium levels are good. I was low in potassium at one time.

My oldest grandson visited with me for about 10 hours today. He sat with me while I refilled three pill cases. We talked about everything from politics to exotic pets. Besides my son and me, he was the first to hear my new album in the track order it will be presented upon its release. He really likes it. I was somewhat surprised by his favorites which are what I categorize as a "Sweet Rock" and a gentle Salsa.

We also discussed TV shows and watched trailers and turned each other on to some of our favorite songs via music videos. We watched some videos of the aftermath of hurricane Milton and I started dozing off, so he called an Uber. After he left I steamed some broccoli, put American cheese over top and that was my dinner. I also took my meds. Now I'm going to eat the donut he left me and get back to my shows.

Such a nice time with your grandson! I have good talks with mine, too. ❤️

It’s lovely autumn weather for walking. Did the one of the usual routes in the morning. This afternoon we had some shopping that needed doing so parked the car at the store, took a walk, then returned to do the shopping.

One of the things I wanted to check out was a replacement for my 10” fry pan. The interior of the pans all seemed smaller. Since I couldn’t find my soft measuring tape, I improvised with flagging tape that had my interior and exterior measurements. They’re definitely smaller. That’s one of the last things I would have expected to have shrinkflation. Didn’t find anything to buy.

Another nice day here, a bit warmer than yesterday.

AFAIK, there's no plan yet, and so far, I don't feel like doing anything at all.

The bread that DGD wanted? It's been sliced and put into a zipper sack and sits on their kitchen counter, untouched . The second loaf is in the freezer for when I want some.

@hollydolly How did The Great Vacuum Assembly go?
