Sorry..accidentally hit reply and couldn't figure out how to fix it.That’s how we travel now too. So many little things to see that you’ve never noticed.
Your yard and garden are beautiful.

Bad moon on the rise? It's worrying me because I tend to have dreams which forecast things...
A dream of remembrance, of the chaos & violence you grew up with, IMO.How very strange is that ?... It's worrying me because I tend to have dreams which forecast things...
I rather like my October look, dahling!Hollydolly, what happened to your face?!![]()
Yipes you are not the only one. Is this a new form of COVID?
yes but why now... ?.. rhetoric question obviously...A dream of remembrance, of the chaos & violence you grew up with, IMO.
I hope not sincerely....Bad moon on the rise?
@hollydolly some medications can cause thinning hair. It's 6.45 am here, still dark I haven't even opened the blinds to see what the weather is doing, I can't hear any rain tho'.... I've got to go this morning to have my hair cut, not sure still whether to just have it trimmed or cut short..
The difficulty is they are student hairdressers albeit supervised by a Qualified hair stylist...but she's overseeing a dozen students at a time, so she can't just watch mine continuously...
I do always opt for level 3 students rather than first year.. so they have some experience under their belt... but I'm not sure a restyle is entirely within their capabilities...
I'll decide when I get there....
Enjoy your weekend @David777 I love going to local events and am lucky enough to have several markets where they regularly have free events, great buskers and international food halls. Do you take a camera with you? I do sometimes but, other times, it is just nice to enjoy the day.Today Friday, is my fifth and last day quietly at home before this weekend's nearby major street art/food/music festival. Have spent much of this week looking at my computer monitor watching Hossenfelder and Petrov science explanation videos. Would rather be reading from actual paper so am looking forward to receiving an Amazon ordered used anthropology book that might arrive any day.
Yesterday, vocally read out loud Ezekiel chapters 9 through 18, a strange book from ~600BC with a very angry and vengeful supposed god. A book along with a few other violent one's I am still wondering about what is possibly actually spirit inspired directly and what is more likely, just some human claiming it is from god for the sake of more credibility for political/religion agendas.
Ezekiel like much of the Bible is difficult to read silently, much less out loud lucidly with many tongue twisters. So was also a good excuse to exercise my throat vocal muscles since as a retired person living alone. I occasionally go through periods of days to weeks without actually speaking much to others. I found out years ago if I don't talk so at length periodically, that my vocal motor control centers degenerate losing clear pronunciation even though my silent visually reading skills remain fine. Not surprising since brain motor controls for all body muscles are neural plasticity based.
Also just set up a KP doctor's appointment for the end of this month because I might be experiencing subtle neuropathy in my left foot. A depressing possibility if true since so much I enjoy most is based on movement. Possibly from low level shingles issues since I don't have diabetes that is a much more common cause.
No I don't wash my hair every day, Trish..... I wash it wice a week... i have argan oil and I find even the tiniest bit makes it greasy... For some reason given that's it's so fine, my hair need a lot of conditioning, so a combined S&C isn't good enough unfortunately... a hairdresser recently said to me not to put conditioner on my hair at all.. in fact no-one needs conditioner.. this is what she told me.. and I had to tell her I couldn't get a comb through my hair if I didn't condition it.. and that's fact..@hollydolly some medications can cause thinning hair.
Do you wash your hair daily or every other day and/or use heated hair products often? I now leave my hair 4 days between washing, mostly only use a hairdryer and have started using a combined shampoo/conditioner. Argan oil on the ends (not the root) helps too. My hair is definitely in much better condition now.
I usually keep my hair at just about shoulder length - long enough to put up and short enough not to feel too long. I think the length of your hair in the photo you posted earlier suits you.
Your hair looks in lovely condition and you seem to being doing all the right things. Like you, if I didn't use conditioner or something similar, my hair would be too tangled. I was surprised that the all in one shampoo/conditioner worked well for me.No I don't wash my hair every day, Trish..... I rarely use a hairdryer, preferring let it dry naturally.. but I do very occasionally use straightners.. and then only a low heat
This is my hair over a period of the last 18 months...not in any particular order...![]()

I think you have posted that you take vitamins etc so, stress is probably the most likely cause. Hope all works out well and you can relax soon.
