I'm always grateful that no matter how fat I got in my life, including pregnancies, I never hit 200 lbs.200 lbs even this morning.
Congratulations, you’re holding the line!!!200 lbs even this morning.
That's what I've experienced.Just discovered this thread. I didn’t read all 15 pages of it, so I may be fuzzy on the protocol, but it seems like there are no hard and fast rules about what to post, stats to share etc. we are just being accountable to each other in whatever way(s) work for each of us?
Well pin a rose on your nose!I'm always grateful that no matter how fat I got in my life, including pregnancies, I never hit 200 lbs.
Hey, I'm a girl! Don't want to be 200 lbs!Well pin a rose on your nose!
A lot of smart phones have on-board pedometers if that’s relevant to anyone here.Aldis is selling Activity Tracker Watches for 4.99 if you want something simple to track your steps. I got DH and I one. I've walked 63 steps this morning cleaning out the dishwasher and making coffee!![]()
DH told me that. Not sure how the phone works unless you have it on you all the time.A lot of smart phones have on-board pedometers if that’s relevant to anyone here.
There are also many free pedometer apps you can download. I have a very simple one for my iPhone. You pay for the premium version, but the free version is all I need.
Yes. Any pedometer whether it’s a stand alone one or a smart phone app can only track your movement when it’s on you, so it’s your phone in your pocket (me) or a device that’s strapped on your wrist or hangs around your neck.DH told me that. Not sure how the phone works unless you have it on you all the time.
My break has been nearly six weeks now....Ya gotta take a break once in a while.![]()
How tall are you?I'm always grateful that no matter how fat I got in my life, including pregnancies, I never hit 200 lbs.
I have lost the need for sweets. And I have a hard time eating raw fruit. So I focus on what both of us like and portions. Portions seems to be the key. SO joined me and is about 30 down in a year. Full breakfast, cashews, small lunch, pop corn, nibbles and wine and small dinner.Pregnancy weight?![]()

Once I am pregnant and can't fit in my clothes and switch to those maternity stretchy clothes: there are no boundaries and who cares?
It always took me about 9 months to lose ALL of each pregnancy weight gain. Pure willpower and determination.
No, it does not.Oh yeah, pizza just tears up yer daily calorie count.
