What have you bought recently?

Is anyone else getting Alexa notifications from Amazon about "a product you may be interested in" that goes on a deep-discount "lightning" deal?

These seem to trigger at around 35% off, and usually the notification comes when there are 15 to 20 minutes left on the deal.

I never buy these blind. I add the item to my cart, then examine it online. So far I've always been interested (so, decent recommendations) but looking the item and sale price over I delete it from my cart. However you are offered the "buy it now" opportunity too.
No not me

I usually never sign up for redundant monthly items, but I have hearing aids that require monthly maintenance. The kit sells on the manufactures web site @ $12, you save $3 if you signup for a subscription service @ $9 which I did, it helps to clean & replace the device's parts once a week. The wife usually takes care of it, very minute involvement needs a steady hand to complete the process.

I have to admit that I spent $57.03 yesterday. I only went to the garden center for some seeds, but DD grabbed a cart, and some creeping phlox and garden phlox jumped right off their display tables and into the cart. What's an old lady to do? I had to pay because shoplifting is frowned upon.

A 10" splatter screen for a frying pan, whoo hoo!
A splatter screen!!! You need to up your game! I ordered a couple of air fryer silicon trays but then decided it was such a boring order that I had another look and ordered two dresses and a pair of sandals which, of course, is much more exciting ;)

Actually, I am so happy to have found the dresses as I seldom see dresses I really like and these two will be perfect for my summer holiday and, of course, it wouldn't be summer without a new pair of sandals :)

I have a bunch of equipment cables that are similar but have different connector sizes and properties to go with different things. Some came with little boxes, others did not. A nice set came with a pricey piece of equipment along with a drawstring bag for its cables.

So I bought some 7 by 9 inch nylon bags for the "loose" stuff so I can keep things grouped together. About $1.08 each in the pack I got, and I figure that if I have to a white "paint pen" marker can be used to identify things.

The "toggle" is really a pinch-clamp that can be used instead of tying off the drawstring.
