What Did You Have For Breakfast?

Fresh salad with spinach, hardboiled egg, feta cheese, olives, artichoke hearts, chickpeas, croutons, etc. - no dressing (didn't need it). Also, low fat cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce and a Honeycrisp apple.
 
I eat the same thing for breakfast almost everyday: one boiled or microwaved egg, one toast with almond butter and avocado, one glass of protein powder mix, one small portion of fruit(1/3 of a grape fruit or <10 blue berries, etc), sometimes I also have a cup of coffee.
