What Did You Have For Breakfast?

Oatmeal MW-ed with some chia seeds, 1/2 a sliced apple, about 1/2 cup of mixed berries, and TBSP or two of unsweetened applesauce. Topped with ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Delish.

Stir fried the following in a little unsweetened mango juice: onions, garlic, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, 3 colors of bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, bok choy, black beans, tofu, pea pods, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.

A Honeycrisp apple, avocado toast, toast with sugar free jam and a fat free Greek yogurt.

A nice omelette made with tomatoes, onions, bacon and a sharp white cheddar cheese.

Just a bowl of raisin bran, and coffee. No lunch.
Going out for dinner in a couple of hours. Will probably order something I haven't had in a very long while .. bacon wrapped filet.

Last of orange juice... we never drink juices, but I had a craving for it, so I bought some

Mushroom, spinach and Goat cheese single-egg scramble, whole wheat pita, fat free Greek yogurt and a Honeycrisp apple.

I'm getting bored with this breakfast. Fortunately, I used up the white mushrooms and Goat cheese today so I can switch it up.

Fresh salad with spinach, hardboiled egg, feta cheese, olives, artichoke hearts, chickpeas, croutons, etc. - no dressing (didn't need it). Also, low fat cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce and a Honeycrisp apple.

I'm going to make some eggs, sunny side up and seeded toast with some blueberry preserves. Yum!

Two "hash brown" cakes, some smoked sausage cut into coins, both cooked to browning in the air fryer. A couple of big strawberries.

I've never had turkey spam or a kolache. Does that come premade?
