Oatmeal MW-ed with some chia seeds, 1/2 a sliced apple, about 1/2 cup of mixed berries, and TBSP or two of unsweetened applesauce. Topped with ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Delish.
Stir fried the following in a little unsweetened mango juice: onions, garlic, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, 3 colors of bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, bok choy, black beans, tofu, pea pods, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
Just a bowl of raisin bran, and coffee. No lunch.
Going out for dinner in a couple of hours. Will probably order something I haven't had in a very long while .. bacon wrapped filet.
Fresh salad with spinach, hardboiled egg, feta cheese, olives, artichoke hearts, chickpeas, croutons, etc. - no dressing (didn't need it). Also, low fat cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce and a Honeycrisp apple.
