Such a treasured recording. Mutual respect and admiration from both of these gentlemen toward each other. Such completely different styles -- the Count's sparse playing which effectively used silence to accentuate the chart accompanying Oscar's rapid-fire voluminous (and accurate) style. Such great art!

Oh, there are so many to choose from. This old tune by Billy Eckstine always struck me as incredibly romantic.

I was also a fan of Sam Cooke, Nat King Cole, Count Basie, Sammy Davis, Sarah Vaugan, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, and Duke Ellington.

Marvin and Marvin reincarnated. My absolute favorite version of Marvin's Distant Lover. ..he sings the hell out of this song!! And October London sometimes sounds like Marvin jumped in his body and took over! @Pinky
