dairy is a problem but if I didn't have this, it would have been my 1st choice, used to keep yogurt in fridge all the time. Thank You!@IrishEyes - I don't know what your digestive issues are, but maybe a little yogurt would fill the bill and be easy to digest.

I'm trying Almond milk yogurt now. Yuck. I'm eating it, but they can tell me "it tastes JUST like regular yogurt" til the cows come home and I still hate it. I'm going to try the coconut yogurt next. I didn't like coconut milk but maybe I'll like the yogurt.Have you thought about trying coconut milk-based yogurt? There are several brands available. Just check the label to make sure there isn't any cow milk added, as they sometimes slip it in.You might want to try a few different brands to see which you like best. Anyway, if you're interested, read this piece by Coconut Mama; she knows her stuff.

I have 2 jars, one full of mixed nuts and raisins, the other full of chocolate raisins .. so sometimes just a few of one of those will be sufficient
Banana pancakes is my go-to when we have house guests and we have to serve breakfast. Always a winner.I resort to carbohydrates - cinnamon toast or banana pancakes with lemon and sugar on top.
