What do you eat when you need to but want nothing?

dairy is a problem but if I didn't have this, it would have been my 1st choice, used to keep yogurt in fridge all the time. Thank You!

Have you thought about trying coconut milk-based yogurt? There are several brands available. Just check the label to make sure there isn't any cow milk added, as they sometimes slip it in. acute You might want to try a few different brands to see which you like best. Anyway, if you're interested, read this piece by Coconut Mama; she knows her stuff. :)🥥

If it's late, I like to avoid eating. But if I have genuine hunger, I might end up waking up hungry in the middle of the night. So shredded wheat and my do it yourself chocolate protein drink (as milk) works well. No sugar. No fake sugars.

I'm trying Almond milk yogurt now. Yuck. I'm eating it, but they can tell me "it tastes JUST like regular yogurt" til the cows come home and I still hate it. I'm going to try the coconut yogurt next. I didn't like coconut milk but maybe I'll like the yogurt.

I've got about as used to almond milk as I'm going to get. I really can't drink it straight, but it's not bad with cereal. I have to get the "vanilla" variety. The regular unsweetened tastes awful. Like drinking chalk water.

I haven't worked up the nerve to try vegan cheese yet. I'm off all dairy now because apparently I've developed a quite serious intolerance for it in my old age.

If I'm not hungry but I know I need to eat something... then I'll usually eat seedless grapes or watermelon.....

I have 2 jars, one full of mixed nuts and raisins, the other full of chocolate raisins .. so sometimes just a few of one of those will be sufficient

I usually give in to fruit too, 10 grapes will hold me to dinner so I am not overfull. Once in awhile though, even those are not looking good.
I tend to push dinner up a bit those days and let him warm his up if he's not hungry later. He's good about that.
