Notably the flow of funds from the New York Irish to the IRA was significantly less after 9/11.
 
Why we can't just acknowledge that this is a result of the US opening the Pandora's Box that is Iran? We can expect to see more domestic terrorism. These guys have just been waiting for the other shoe to drop.

BTW just watching the cat fight in this tread is entertaining.

But I'm assuming you're talking about the current military action in Iran...the Iran that's been funding anti-American/anti-Israel terrorism for over 40 years, has repeatedly broken No Nukes agreements over the past 20 years, are *this close* to successfully creating military-grade nukes, and promised publicly to use them against Israel and the US in particular.

Anti-Jew sentiment has been growing in general all over the world since Oct 10, 2025, and actual violence against Jews started occurring months before the military action in Iran.

The incident in Detroit has nothing to do with Iran. It's antisemitism.

That was the last time we were the good guys. That win was for us was like the 1972 season was for the Miami Dolphins. They've been on a downhill slide ever since and so have we.

This war in Iran is going to be a disaster just like Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan were. It will be interesting to see how you and the other "usual suspects" try to spin it into something else. You're going to have to twist yourselves into Pretzels trying. :ROFLMAO:

You know what's ironic? I don't even like Iranians. In fact I don't like any Middle Easterners. Including Israelis. They all give me a case of the ass. But I also think objectively and form my own opinions rather than buying into the propaganda that we are all being bombarded with. And it's very clear to me that the US and Israel are the aggressors in this war.

Not fueled by antisemitism? You know, Detroit is only about 10 minutes from Dearborn.

Also worth noting, the school that exploded in Iran is within 10 minutes from an IRGC missile-launch site. Initially, an IRGC commander admitted to an accidental miss-hap, but that was quickly swept under a prayer rug, of course.
 
Having experienced actual physical and verbal antisemitism in my youth I need no explanation as to what it is.

Without the trigger of losing family due to Israel I’m not sure that this guy would have necessarily shot his gun so to speak. IDK.
