Just over a year ago I started a concerted effort to exercise and overhaul my diet. I now eat only fresh, healthy foods, avoiding carbs as much as I can and ultraprocessed food almost completely. I've been slowly dropping weight, my range of motion and endurance are better, and my blood levels (e.g., glucose, cholesterol) have improved.
Process has been slow, and I have a ways to go, but I'm OK with that. I have a weakness for sugar, and that tends to make me stray.
