Do you think it will dry out, Deb, and not freeze overnight? (Not suggesting that shoveling wet snow leaves a dry surface behind. Been there, done, that, know better.)Received around 2 inches of heavy, wet snow overnight. I'm not even going to bother shoveling it - it is mild enough that it will likely melt by itself.
Same here, but I just checked the forecast. CA gets a break from the rain through Monday the 30th, then the next five days show rain, rain and more rain. Sometimes the forecasts change though. I'd be happy with a day or two of rain then, but five straight? Ugh...Not raining!

If we get more storms in February and March I think they'll roll back drought level water restrictions. For now they're waiting to see if we're going to get a full rainy season or if it will be like last year - very soggy December and then the spigot turned off. Virtually no precipitation from January through November.I hear you.
Looks like our sunshine starts on Tuesday.
Then back to the rain.
I don't want to hear anything about a drought this summer!
