2023 - How's the Weather Where You Are?

Still unseasonably mild for mid-February in New York State. It was 54F when I woke up his morning, but very dark with intermittent rain. Forecast predicts this will all change by tomorrow with much colder temps.

It is interesting to read everyone's posts, here.

@CinnamonSugar 's
70 degrees sounds so pleasant to me, though windy is not what I'd prefer. Unless it's balmy. :D:LOL:

That temp sounds downright cold, for Texas folks,

@PamfromTx :oops:

And your State seems even worse than my part of the USA, @hawkdon :giggle:

My weather here in the NorthEast, seems to be arguing with itself, as to whether to move on toward being early Spring-like, or to give up, and revert to winter yet another time, instead.

It's a competition, that neither seems to win;
Until nearly June 1st, around here. 😖🙄😬😏

(Above freezing today, but spitting snow; cloudy grey sky, and foreboding, atm)

Its a nice looking day ,one to be pleased to wake upto , the Sun keeps shinning down before a cloud comes along , we missed the worst of the wind , further North , Yorkshire and above had Trees down crushing Cars and another hit a Gent , not sure what his condition is this morning . 13c is better than late and one day next week is forcast to be 14c , I will be glad to throw my winter wear off and get into summer clothes .

Very chilly and crisp wintery-feeling and wintery-look,
earlier this morning,
with the trees still bare, and clumps of snow all about;

which soon gave way to a clear blue sky and pre-Spring more direct sunshine, warming things up, in afternoon.

Longer days, with more hours of sunlight, and a bit more direct heat from it, than there was for the past few months;
shows us, here in NorthEast USA, nearby to Canada,

that Spring is actually on its way....
and signals to the bulbs in the ground,
to begin their push upwards, toward the warmth and the light.

Something that is always spectacular to behold, advancing in small measure, every day between now and when each one has its time to bloom.

☺️

Good heavens, it is supposed to be in the 80's for the next couple of days. I just can't stand it, looks like we are going to skip the last of winter, God forbid, not have any spring. Let's jump straight in the he** of a Texas summer. For a long time, I did not believe in global warming, they will soon call it global roasting!!
