I'm half-embarrassed to admit it will hit 72° here today. Zero chance precipitation until Dec 15th, when there's a 24% possibility.

My area is a good 20°F below normal.

At 2 PM it is currently 33° with a feels like of 25°. It will go down to 17° with a high of 39° Friday.

Of course it gets dark practically at 3:30. I think it’s only 16 more days until we start going the other direction with daylight.

We are having a beautiful day after the cold snap we had. 74 degrees and low humidity. I got some out side work done today.

You did miss the weather bullet, but is there still more to come?

My brother is in NE Ohio, south of Lake Erie. Sometimes they get Lake Affect Snow, sometimes it just misses them. Except for the wicked cold, they have been lucky, but they could see 8” tonight.

That’s not a lot by northerners standards but 8” is never cast in stone - could be more could be less. I was still on home turf when the snow we weren’t supposed to see ended up being so deep, the National Guard had to plow out our road. The family front loader was at our house, so I was trying to keep up with the driveway until my son’s father got home from work. That was the ’76-‘77 winter. I have never seen that much snow again, nor do I want to where I live.

Looked like between 3 and 4 inches overnight. Snowed off and on all morning, but melting fast. The sun even looks as if it's trying to make an appearance - 30 minutes before it sets. Still a wind warning here.
