Not that I know of. I do know that many trees where we live have shallow roots so aren’t as healthy as most trees, due to the rocky ground.

It’s 26 here today. Blue sky with the odd fluffy cloud. There were a few more clouds this morning when this was taken.

Across the Bay, just North of San Francisco. 67 mid-afternoon. High today predicted to be 70. Nights are cool, eliminating the need for air conditioning, and during winter no snow, and rare for nights to get down to freezing. We have relatives in Texas. Their heat would drive me crazy.

A series of storms passed through last night. Some rumbles of thunder and intermittent downpours. A hair under 1 inch in my rain gauge. Mist have been a warm front - much warmer and more humid today.

We have had an abundance of rain here this year, the grass is green green and growing, the temperature has also been nice, not the usual unrelenting scorching heat........yet.
