Another perennial I grew in my garden that I just loved:
Bee Balm (monarda, bergamot) I think the leaves are also used to make Earl Grey Tea.

@MarkD im pretty sure the photo above grows wild in Western Australia, Mulla Mulla- Pink Seeds | The Seed Collection
Western Australia is known for its wildflowers in Spring , we traveled to WA after selling our home in the city in 2004
the flowers growing in the wild are stunning they have circular floral wreath that mainly grows near cemeteries I’m yet to see
we’ve got photos of it but I’ve been so busy with visitors / making jam/ preserving / drying apricots I’ve been flat out and haven’t even looked for the Sturt pea photos as yet ..
I haven’t got many flowers in my garden at this time of the year being quite warm / hot
My begonias are just starting to flower

Same here @MarkD i usually snip the flowers off with my finger and thumb cause it’s the foliage I’m interested inBegonias are something of an obsession with me, though not so much for their flowers as for their foliage which counts for more with me anyway.
Same here @MarkD i usually snip the flowers off with my finger and thumb cause it’s the foliage I’m interested in
The begonia in the first photo has leaves / foliage 14 inches long …its about 8 foot high so it’s going to get the top cut soon ( I’ve had the put a wire Veggie cage around it to keep it upright
This is quite attractive begonia . @MarkD
I've never had a flower on it
