Have you considered a series of identical shots over the course of a year for a calendar showing the changes?

That and cigarette buts …. irritate me ….its very noticeable on the nearby beach on school holidays / Christmas and Easter @MedusaWe have the same situation here and I admit it infuriates me when people don't clean up after their dogs. They just expect the rest of us to live with it.I don't like to be negative but that really does get to me.
Are you talking to me @Twostep ?Have you co side red a series of identical shots over the course of a year for a calendar showing the changes?
Boo. No rain for 6 months except 5 mm?It’s so dry here ..no rain for 6 months ..oh thats a fib ..we've had 5 mm this year so no photos from me
@PeppermintPatty

Yes, those are right by the front door.Five degrees is cold but feels fairly warm considering the temps we were having. Remember, that I live in Canada with the polar bears.
Those are really pretty. Are they your own flowers?
Awwww. There’s or enough water for crops or livestock. That is very sad to read. I feel very bad for the livestock. I sincerely hope it rains soon. How are your fruit trees doing?I’m coughing most days due to so much dust in the air , Queensland and New South Wales have floods from so much rain ….but we keep missing out on any rain @PeppermintPatty
The poor farmers in the Adelaide hills ( mainly hobby farms and fruit growers ) have just about run out of water as they wholly rely on rain to fill dams
Dry dams leave SA farmers deciding to buy water or sell livestock
We’ve got mains water , but we usually use rain water to water them ….they are starting to drop their leaves as we are in Autumn now ( just )Awwww. There’s or enough water for crops or livestock. That is very sad to read. I feel very bad for the livestock. I sincerely hope it rains soon. How are your fruit trees doing?
Well @Kadee, I certainly hope you get water soon. I’ll even do a rain dance for you. We get enough rain to share with you. Is it always that dry where you live? Can’t you drill for water?We’ve got mains water , but we usually use rain water to water them ….they are starting to drop their leaves as we are in Autumn now ( just )
When the Cornish immigrated here in 1860 , there was no natural fresh water for 20 years , after their arrival ( only sea water ) so they dug big holes in their backyards to catch rainwater ,which in allot of cases become contaminated from long drop toilets
and as a result many died from typhoid disease ( as many as 600 children died ) as well as adults
@PeppermintPatty

Take a picture of the same spot and at the same angle everytime you are there. Then use them as a 12 months calendar sequel.Are you talking to me @Twostep ?
If you are, can you better explain what you’re trying to say?
Ok! That’s what I thought you meant. That’s a good idea. We could create our own calendar. My in-laws created their own calendar using photos they took and gave it away as a gift. What a great gift it was. Yep! That’s a good idea.Take a picture of the same spot and at the same angle everytime you are there. Then use them as a 12 months calendar sequel.
