I hate millipedes

In the west Texas city of Balmorhea, I opened the cupboard and saw a 6" long millipede scuttling through my dishes... After the terminex man left, I never saw one again, but it still creeps me out

those florida 'plantation bugs' are real tasty if you bit their heads of first, you dont
like em so you must be starting at the wrong end...
I can deal with all those other things.

Anything with more than 6 legs. Snakes and reptiles don't bother me at all. My mother was deathly afraid of bats for some reason.

Finding not one but two scorpions under the pillows on our bed as we were getting ready for bed. This was in a rental home in Tombstone, Arizona. We bought our own home soon afterward.

Spiders and scorpions. Not fond of snakes, either, but not irrationally so like the spiders.

Still have scars from a couple of Recluse Spider bites from 1960. Have never got over my hate for them. Don't like wasps/hornets/bees. Would have snakes as pets if wife would allow. Almost every animal, insect, amphib, etc. is predictable and will respect you if you respect them... unlike the human species. People are much more dangerous than any "creepy creature".
