Cremation or burial ? What is your choice ?

Being embalmed and having your corpse made up like a mannequin and put on display in a coffin for a funeral is...beyond gross. I regret viewing 'the body' at the funerals I've attended, I don't want to put my family and friends through any of that.
Cremation, then the living can do a celebration of [my] life if they choose. Whatever they decide, I promise I won't be offended.

This will be the beginning of my final journal.
It's a natural spring in the woods behind my house and my instructions are to pour my ashes into the water. From there my ashes will flow thru the woods and then into the creek that flows across the property where I now live. Theres no place like home. lol

Burial for me. The plot was purchased in a hurry when my father died many years ago. The stone is erected and my name is already on it. :oops:It's just waiting for me to croak and become worm fodder. I'd like to be buried in a mausoleum on the hill and have my family buried there too. This is morbid. I'm not at ease with death.

I'm totally indifferent. I suggest whoever deals with my remains does so in the cheapest, simplest, way possible. I'll be gone, so I won't care.
