Do You Ever Dance Around The House?

I really hate kitchen stuff so to get myself revved up to clean up in there, I'll put on some music and often find myself dancing at the sink when I'm loading the dishwasher. My little kitchenette is very small so I don't have room to get crazy but it makes the chore almost enjoyable. I'll listen to whatever playlist suits my fancy at the time Today it was oldies music. I also dance in other rooms in the house. I used to dance a couple of nights a week for 30 minutes to my dance playlists. I need to start doing that again. How about you. Do you ever dance at home...even by yourself?

Lots of times I dance around the kitchen, I guess I get excited about time to eat! I sort of tap dance around, and then I'm glad I have a house and don't have to worry about anyone in an apartment below.

I think I dance every day around the house, it could be to a TV commercial or a song on the radio. Doesn't take much to get me moving, even in the chair at the computer when I'm listening to a good song on our music threads.

It's like a mirror when it's turned off.

I dance frequently and cannot imagine not doing so. When a song stirs me in the living room I will break into a spontaneous dance. Upstairs in the large densely carpeted room that serves as my office, and gym, I play music during my workout routine. When the weather precludes outside activity, I often dance to I variety of music. I have learned that gym shoes grip the carpet too much and that being barefoot is just right.
I am grateful that no one watches these gyrations.
