Mine is cookies!

Ron and I eat healthily for the most part, no processed foods, low carb, lots of fruits and veggies. We have a “cheat” meal every so often, something decidedly unhealthy 🤣 but delicious, which helps keep us on track the rest of the time.

But every night after dinner we have cookies! Every night!!! I have one, ron typically has two. Sometimes we’ll eat the same cookie for weeks at a time, sometimes I’ll vary it every time I go shopping. Regardless, it’s my daily guilty pleasure that I allow myself as my “reward” for being healthy the rest of the time. At least, that’s my justification. 😉

What’s your guilty pleasure?
 

It is dark chocolate. It is too expensive for my budget, but I will have a couple pieces twice a day, or i will be ravenous with lust.
I'm a slave to dark chocolate. I even tried going to group therapy to escape the addiction. I couldn't control myself and snuck some dark chocolate into one of the sessions. When I tried to discreetly eat a few bits, chaos erupted and a full blown riot ensued! I got kicked out permanently :ROFLMAO:

Ha, I feel no guilt over sugar. ;)

A typical breakfast is 3 cookies with peanut butter and a bowl of ice cream, and some kind of dessert always follows lunch and supper, even if just a small portion. I sip on lemondade off and on during the day, and there is always a bowl of strawberry hard candies on the coffee table, and I get one several times a day. (The kind of candy I love but most people don't.) I've been very fortunate that my weight and blood sugar levels stay in acceptable ranges.

One of mine is the little local soul food diner around the corner. Great real home cooked food for less than $20 and tons of it. $2 beer. Quiet and friendly. This is where I go when I'm in a really good mood to treat myself.
