Do You Have Favourite Comic Strip

I always read Pickles, too, but my favorite strip is "Pearls Before Swine".

It's cutting edge and sometimes not for children and I like the way the cartoonist frequently puts himself into the strip.

I guess Popeye is history! ...If you're talking comic strips, I would have to choose Beetle Bailey and Blondie (...and Dagwood):).

Yup, yup - us too - when he was very young it was Babar the elephant. Then ... has anyone ever heard of Grue? And Conan comics before the movies came out - good fun. Those were the days ....

I like the ones that have just one insert like, "The Far Side," which is no longer published. I think I still get the calenders and not even sure about that. I don't open all my gifts. I guess no one will understand this, but presents don't mean much to me, but I love to give.

I don't read newspapers anymore, but the one I always thought was best was Farside. When I was little though, my step-dad would read Blondie and some of those from the 50's to me:) I loved those:)

I LOVE The Far Side!

I guess my favorite comic strip was Snoopy (Peanuts). I always identified with poor Charlie Brown -- continuing to try to kick that football and Lucy always snatching it away at the last minute.

My mother dearly loved Pogo.
