Do you now live in the place, where you were born?

Nope and no desire to go back. I did notice however that our old place still stands, but, every thing around it has changed. E. 125th st and 2nd ave in Harlem. 5th floor corner apt. :( Neighborhood has changed quite a bit.

I live about 50 miles from where I was born in New Jersey. When I die I will be buried back in the family plot. I grew up within walking distance to the cemetery and about once a week during the summer, my Mom and Grandma would bring sprinkle cans and water all the annuals they had planted on the graves.

I doubt there will be anyone to plant and water flowers once I'm there but it is a comfort to know I'll be with them.

Nope, born in the midwest and now in California. I don't think I'd ever want to live where I was born although based on what I've heard it's one of the best places in the midwest.

Nope, live 1500 miles from where I was born. Funny story, though. Went back to Mansfield, Ohio, for a high school reunion and this girl came up to me and introduced her husband to my hub and I. She told me we had rode the same country school bus together (remembered her as living on a farm) - she said she still lived there, they had build a house on the "farm compound" and she always remembered me because I taught her about "ABC gum"...which meant "already been chewed" gum.
Life is funny isn't it! Can't imagine living your whole life on that farm - but that's just me and who I was and am today!
