I used to own a shotgun and a 22 rifle but I felt it was best for me to get rid of them for a variety of reasons.

We have one 22 rifle, it is stored and not being used. My husband used to use it for target practice but not anymore.

I own more than a few, with plenty of ammunition. I use them regularly at the shooting range. I grew up in a family of hunters. Although I have not hunted for many years I still like to keep proficient at hitting what I aim at.

Yes. I was probably around eight years old when I was given a .22 rifle and have owned guns ever since. Guns and shooting have always been a part of my life, I was a hunter when young but eventually lost interest in that and focused on target shooting, which I truly enjoy.

Yes. I kept a S & W Highway Patrolman 357 and two others.
I sold all the rifles and shotguns and the rest of the handguns and all the ammo after the husband passed away.

I used to own several. Just a Ruger 357 loaded with hollowpoint .38 now for protection. I gave the rifle to my cousin who is into hunting since I wouldn't use it for protection and I don't hunt.

No. I used to keep a "Bowie" knife under the bed. But then I thought that if someone was strangling me, could I fish around for the knife under the bed???

Yes and two big dogs.

If someone is dumb enough to come through my fence, crawl over my gate, and break into the house with two big guard dogs, I will be laying in wait to rearrange their body parts.

I will wait a few minutes, then call my neighbor 1000 feet through the woods, who is a deputy sheriff in our county.

I was 14-15 when someone tried to break into our house in the country without success. I never got over that, but I never got over it in the opposite direction of most people. I won’t hide in fear, I will lay in wait.

I have a few, but I would never post my intentions on any social media as to what I would do if someone illegally entered my home. We have the Castle Doctrine law here in PA and I think that should tell the tale.
