Yesterday my son and grandson took me to Shake Shack. I had never been there before.

While drinking our shakes (yum) I suddenly felt the need for a toast. To me. That I would be well and go home soon.

I'm very glad you got to go outdoors, yesterday, and went to that place which sounds good to me, too,
Great and fun outing, and thanks for sharing about that toast for yourself.

When i read your post for the first time, I thought you'd had a sudden craving for a slice of toast! Hahaha

It's a nice day here; weather is pretty and the day progresses as expected.

I'm doing better with my affirmations which is helping my stress levels.

I felt some relief and hope, last evening, and shared some laughs on sf threads.

I got some sleep, but feel exhausted anyway.
Did a few house tasks, this morning.
Am going to try to nap soon.

Tomorrow, I have a pool therapy session.
It will be my 2nd time at that facility, and my first time with a new physical therapist who works at that location.

It's very exhausting, but i want to try it.

Does anyone want to come with me?

I’ll still need a bathing suit. The only thing worse than going into the fitting room to try on jeans is to try on a bathing suit.
