Dear friends on this thread, today, 🤩🥰


I felt some relief and hope, last evening, and shared some laughs on sf threads.

I got some sleep, but feel exhausted anyway.
Did a few house tasks, this morning.
Am going to try to nap soon.

Tomorrow, I have a pool therapy session.
It will be my 2nd time at that facility, and my first time with a new physical therapist who works at that location.

It's very exhausting, but i want to try it.

Does anyone want to come with me?😄😁😆😅🤣😂🥰🥰🥰

I'm wondering how any of your spring bulbs or seeds, in those tubs of yours, have been doing. 🌱🪴🌿🌱

Does anyone of your family members, help to water them, or do the plants have to be thirsty , on the days when your shoulder or knee refuse to help you to water?🥰

Believe me, it's no easier to shop for one online, 😊😁🤣
but that is what i did.

Amazingly, I succeeded with that. ☺️

I was highly motivated, when I found out that I might have the opportunity to try pool therapy for my medical issues.

I also was a non swimmer until well into adulthood, but then learned to swim.

I haven't been able to go in the water for a couple of decades, so I welcomed this chance, and a new way to attempt to maintain or possibly improve my function.

They have to be thirsty.... 🤪 Seriously, the past week or so we've had sufficient rain to keep them watered but if needed then yes, my grandson or son would do it for me.

p.s. I'd join you in the water therapy, I used to love swimming but I'm not a pretty sight in a swimsuit these days. 😁
