I can relate i almost never sneeze just once, generally 6-10 times when set off. Some from allergens but also can be set off by sudden chill, or moving between darkness and bright light (photo-rhinitis).

That makes it sound like the female has nothing to do with it, not true. The female produces the eggs and deposits them in his gestation pouch which they leave when full term. And maybe our facile definitions of gender aren't as applicable to other species?

Got me curious so did some searching if they had any function in ecosystem. Turns out they are part of a class of moths whose caterpillar stage produces silk, and as i suspected their adult form pollinates.
