What do you do, that others might think you're "cheap" for doing it? How cheap are you?
Well, I did try to glue a broken toothbrush back together.

When I still had a lot of horses, I used empty 50# feed bags for trash bags. They hold up better too.My Brother is a great example of cheap. He uses large commercial trash bags to line his trash can, and when he goes to the dump...
He empties the bag and brings it back home....
That was unkind of him.one son in law once told me, "you're not frugal, you are cheap."
Well, I wouldn't have snatched the check back from her... but I uh.... "may have" hightailed it to the bank and stopped payment immediately. Yeah, I know I'm mean, but I have a problem with being taken advantage of.I handed her a nice size check for school clothes etc, she said
I was cheap!!!! i damn near took the check back !!!

I can definitely relate. I hate food waste also. I now freeze leftovers. Not on my plate - Not that cheap lol. If I cook a pot of broccoli, green beans, chili, etc. and hubby and I don't eat the leftovers in a day or two - I put it in glad bags and freeze it. It really comes in handy. I also squeeze the last drop of toothpaste out that I can get.I seriously hate food waste. So I've thought of myself as frugal, never cheap. Case in point... I will get every bit of ketchup from the bottle even if I have to add a little water to the bottom. It's not that I can't afford ketchup... I always have 2 or 3 bottles in the pantry! It's just that I've always done it. (What I see as the difference would be buying the cheapest ketchup I could find and then hating it every time I use it... then I'd be "cheap.")
