How do you like your steaks cooked? photo below.

Well done. No seasoning, but I do like some really good steak sauce. Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce on the side. (I don’t like my steak still mooing.)
New York or Sirloin cut.

Filet Mignon with Hollandaise Sauce served with small red potatoes and mixed vegetables.
 
Medium rare.. and it has to be Rump ..I believe that's called Sirloin in the USA... .. British Sirloin here is called Porterhouse in the USA from what I understand

Rump being the cheaper of the 2 steaks.. much more tasty... I like mine medium rare.. and almost always have it with mushrooms and Baked potato...
 
Medium rare but do enjoy a nice sear. I cook 3 minutes each side, fairly high heat. At the end throw a pat of butter in there to make it perfect. Then set it aside for 5 or so minutes to settle. The cut is usually about 1 1/2 inches thick.
