Medium Well, or well done. If I cut into it and some red "juice" flows out, I put it back on the cooker, or if in a restaurant, I ask them to heat it up a bit more.

Well done. No seasoning, but I do like some really good steak sauce. Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce on the side. (I don’t like my steak still mooing.)

Seared to crisp on the edges (to keep flavor in)
Then on the grill at a lower temp (depending on thickness) to get to med well

Medium rare.. and it has to be Rump ..I believe that's called Sirloin in the USA... .. British Sirloin here is called Porterhouse in the USA from what I understand

Rump being the cheaper of the 2 steaks.. much more tasty... I like mine medium rare.. and almost always have it with mushrooms and Baked potato...

Medium rare but do enjoy a nice sear. I cook 3 minutes each side, fairly high heat. At the end throw a pat of butter in there to make it perfect. Then set it aside for 5 or so minutes to settle. The cut is usually about 1 1/2 inches thick.
