I have a TV/DVD in my bedroom so I will watch a movie or similar until my eyes droop closed then push the off button on the remote. Like last night
How is that achieved? Self hypnotism?I find hypnotism quite useful?
I forgot I have some of that! It;s been a year.Taking one Magnesium Glycinate capsule (120 mg) about an hour or 2 before bedtime helps.
I take 10mg, or a pill with half THC and CBD. Then I read until my eyes start to droop, then I put on the gloves that help keep me from scratching until I am bruised, turn off the light and off to sleep. I don't lay awake very long. In the morning if I have a bruise it will spread instead of just going away.I take a 3mg or 5mg Melatonin capsule and make it a point to relax, starting with my face.
I agree with you. It is good to check drug interactions and side effects before taking anything, including prescribed and unprescribed drugs.I get a little worried about people taking these medically unprescribed drugs for sleep and how they may react with your prescribed medications?
Oh my, I tried that Melatonin, It made me feel so weird, I threw it out. Give me good old Xanax when I can't sleep!I take a 3mg or 5mg Melatonin capsule and make it a point to relax, starting with my face.
How do you make yourself sleep when you can’t to get to sleep?
So do I, and in a larger amount. Trazodone is a prescription drug and antidepressant, so probably not a solution for most people. But it is often prescribed as a sleep aid.Short answer: I take Trazodone 50mg an hour before bedtime, which helps me drop off to sleep.
