I get similar treatments called “trigger point injections.” Unlike acupuncture, Medicare and Tricare cover this..
Last night the pain was higher than usual. Has that happened to you. I know sometimes it gets worse before it gets better...just wonder, because I am running out of options and it is a bit scary.

Oh yeah! 100% of the time after the injections. It’s like poking a hornet’s nest with a stick. It settles down in about 24 hours. Try taking Tylenol or Aleve after the injection to see if that helps. I ice the area, too, but don’t know if that would work for an ear. Certainly won’t hurt. I usually need two or three treatments a few days apart to get the full relief. Good luck.

Well I have been playing catchup with all the posts. I have been “making the rounds” for over a week. Visiting friends and such. Today is a “water” meeting in a tiny community we have a property in. Water is a tremendous conundrum in the southwest. This meeting will be about progress on replacing the water storage tanks. Special assessment last year has been payed by one person so far…me. I find the different homeowner personalities interesting. I will get to see some fun people. My car is chock full of stuff to haul south again tomorrow. Hope there is room for me…

Busy, happy weekend for me with perfect weather ahead. Our one year old GS came for the day yesterday (he usually goes to daycare, but DH & I enjoy having him one day a week so he plays hooky from daycare most Fridays). 3 year old GS comes today. Tomorrow DD and her family will be here for the afternoon/evening. Life is beautiful!

Hope all have a great day!

That was hard work! About a third of the iris bed has been dug up. Two big trash sacks full so far. Whew. Time for a nap:sleep:
May The Force be with you, GG!
Just tending to my potted posies can wear me out…granted i have kawiiite a few of them, but nuthin’ like that HUGE gorgeous garden you have going on up there In GA.
Good thing the payoff makes it worth it, huh!

Another dark rainy day.

I did get the bird bath repainted.
Rethinking what colors I didn't use on it.
Maybe some yellow,,IF hubby has any out there.

I should be out side walking the dog, doing something.

Getting some small stones for the pots that are going on the graves.
Then filling the pots.

Garage is chilly,,will need to heat it,may get me moving.

Hope everyone is doing well,,no falls,, or pulled muscles

Pulled my granny cart trolley to the store for a few heavy items. Perfect walking weather, so I killed two birds. I’ve decided 22 - 24 Celsius (that’s 72-75 F) is my favourite temperature. I can wear a dress and don’t need socks. I swear socks hide in my laundry basket so I have dozens to wash.

Made a second call to our Telecom provider. After finally getting someone a couple of days ago and a very reasonable renewal plan, the billing company sent totally different numbers. The lady today was really helpful, so we just have to watch that all goes through as promised.

I have felt pretty well today. Cough and stuffy nose are lingering but I was able to work outside and got a lot done. Making sourdough dough tonight then that's it.

I watched a YouTube video on the power of Ask. Main point......ask for what you want.
Normally, I might say something to DH like, "You know this old bench looks trashy." He will always say he's going to fix it. Never does. Another year goes by.
Today I sat down looked him in the eye and calmly asked, "Can we get rid of that garden bench and buy some new chairs?"
Amazingly, DH said, "Yeah, let's go to Lowe's and look. There's Memorial Day Sales."

Wait, What!!!!!! What was this voodoo magic that just happened? 😮 OMG The Power of Ask!

Are you dividing them up, or tossing 'em?
Inquiring minds want to know...
DD posted on our HOA page on FB that they were free for the taking and at the curb. If no one picks them up, they're going to get tossed into a sunny part of the wooded side yard to see if they'll decide they want to grow there.

They've just multiplied to a point where they can't even be divided and replanted in the flower garden in back because there's no room there, either. When I get done with the front, there's another whole big bed in the garden in back that needs to be thinned. The daylilies need to be done, too, but I'm waiting until after they bloom in a week or so.

It's hard work, but it keeps me off the streets and outta the bars🍺🍸🍾🍷.

Actually, I sometimes think you should be in the bars doing a comedy act. 😁

@Georgiagranny …you always want a job. My personal heartfelt opinion is that you should get someone to help you make short gardening youtube videos. I actually think this could be a real thing for you…and I bet your daughter or grand would help. You would be a sensation. So many folks know NOTHING about plants at all. You are smart and funny…just sayin…
Great idea.
