Our morning walk. The sun rises later, and the temperature will be only in the 80's. So, we started after 8:00 a.m.
Left: When the rain season starts, usually around Thanksgiving, the summer brown and yellow will quickly turn into a lush green.
Right: I climbed the 3,000 ft Box Springs Mountain the last time when I was 84. That's when I ruptured my right achilles tendon that needed to be repaired. On that mountain, I also broke my leg running downhill with my pups; and my daughter's Pit Bull killed a rattle snake that costs me $1,700 including two anti-venom injections at $700 each. If I hadn't saved Bella, my daughter would never have forgiven me.

Below lies the Inland Empire (Ontario, San Bernardino, Riverside, Corona, etc.) and 60 miles further in the ocean haze is Los Angeles
Left: One more river to cross (Gospel song.)
Right: Aha! A horse left a souvenir for us. Aside from the horse, we saw evidence of coyotes, rabbits, squirrels, ants, stink bugs, and other assorted wildlife. Rattle snakes hibernate in winter.

My wife just left to watch the soccer game of our 5-year old grandson. I would go more often to cheer him on, but dogs are not permitted on the soccer fields. Many years ago, our daughters also played soccer at the same place.
