When I was 30 I thought so. Now that I'm way on the other side of 50 it seems young. Feeling old?
C'est Moi,I felt the same as you did 2 weeks after I turned 50.I didn't join AARP until I was 61,was a member on the website for 5 yrs,left 2 yrs ago.I cancelled my membership last yr,glad I did SueI remember how depressed I was to get my AARP membership letter at 50. Took the wind right outta my sails.![]()
I have a dress shirt that I bought for my first job, after college. It's now 42 years old, and still in good shape. I still wear it.50 is YOUNG. Almost 33 years ago for me. Hell, I've probably got tee shirts that "old"...
