I have lived in Canada for over 60 years but I grew up with them in my life
so a big part of me is still very British as far as the Royals are concerned.

Buckingham Palace said the King is “so proud of Catherine for her courage in speaking as she did”.
"The pair have 'remained in the closest contact with his beloved daughter-in-law throughout the past weeks' after they spent time in hospital together, according to the spokesperson."
"They added that Charles and his wife, Camilla, 'will continue to offer their love and support to the whole family through this difficult time'."
"In a video statement released on Friday, Princess of Wales announced she was diagnosed with cancer after a planned abdominal surgery in January."
She said she is now undergoing preventative chemotherapy.

"Following tradition, the Bank of England’s governor Andrew Bailey presented the king with the first printed notes, serial number 00001, during the event on Tuesday, where they were joined by Sarah John, the bank’s chief cashier and director of banking. This summer, other low serial number notes will be auctioned through Spink & Son, a London-based collectibles house, with the proceeds going to charity."

Charles presented William with the title of Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps, a position the 75-year-old monarch held for 32 years, in front of an Apache helicopter, and watched by service personnel at the Army Flying Museum in southern England.
"He's a very good pilot indeed," Charles said of his son, a former helicopter search and rescue pilot for Britain's Royal Air Force.
At the handover ceremony, Charles said he was saying goodbye with "sadness" but the Army Air Corps would go from "strength to strength" under his son.
