Seriously, I know how that augmentin upsets the system, even though it works on some difficult infections.
But it doesn't know when to calm itself down. 🙄🥰
 

Morning. Last day of tainted oatmeal. I just don't feel good cuz my sinuses are just not letting up. I accidentally found a free Vicks Vapopad that came with my cool mist humidifier inside the instruction booklet last night when I was looking for something.

I found some Equate brand ones at Walmart and will get those and maybe that will help. I'll put the humidifier where the cpap machine was. It's worth a try. I made one last attempt with the cpap last night and still a no go. So I will clean it up and put it away tonight.

Sunday night one of the radiology techs that's a jerk that thinks he can do whatever he wants, came to work and for some reason was spraying body spray down the hall like air freshener. That's a no no in the hospital because for one it's not one of our approved chemicals with an sds sheet and it puts the hospital and patients at risk. Also I nearly had a copd exacerbation just from a few squirts of it because it was wicked strong.

I notified my boss and she said she would talk to their director and get it taken care of and apologized for the fact that I had to go through that. They have one of those scent diffusers in the nurses breakroom but if they use it I unplug it cuz I can't be around that stuff.

When I make appointments for the acupuncturist I have to have them turn the diffuser off an hour before I get there and then after I leave I don't care what they do. They always oblige which is nice of them.

Wonder how busy it will be at work today? My ride took the day off so I will be Ubering it today.

The cop came and took the report from the neighbor kids across the street whose truck got hit by my Walmart delivery lady. He came here so I could write up a brief statement. He left his sexy man scent in the house with him when he left. Nice smelling cologne. Made the hormones stand up like meerkats looking around all confused. Since they no longer get to have any fun sometimes they get excited and pop to the surface for a looksie. LMAO!

I see the cop at work all the time. When they have to bring in prisoners and stand outside the room and basically babysit them. He said some of them have incarceritis. *Roars laughing*
 

Christmas as a child...
We were up before the sun waiting to go open presents and always ticked the folks off cuz we woke them up inadvertantly.

Dad would have his coffee and have the camera in hand and mom would sit with us and help us open our gifts. I used to make my parents so mad because no matter how they wrapped her I could shake the box and ALWAYS know it was a Barbie. I could hear the little sounds in the Barbie box that gave it away.
 
I was bad & I will admit it ... as a kid I could unwrap my presents sitting under the tree very carefully not tearing the paper or tape & redo them without anyone knowing.

I told my husband that & he wraps my present with box tape which can't be undone, but to be honest I haven't tried it yet ;).
 
I slept like a dead rock last night except for my bathroom trips. Sinuses didn't give me too much grief. I found a vapopad by accident in the instruction book for my cool mist humidifier and put it in. I plan to get more from Walmart. They have some in the Equate brand.

The gal across the street called me at work last night. I guess their insurance guy wants to come by and take my information down for their car insurance claim. I told her he could come Friday but that I don't wake til noon and I have very little time between then and 1 pm. If he shows he better make it quick. Either that or I might get up earlier if it will help.

I have the weekend off to sleep in so it won't kill me to wake a bit early. I'll try to get those vapopads this weekend. I need to do the floors this weekend before I sit down to play video games. I've been slacking on the house too much.

If I don't end up owing a bunch of money for income tax this year I'm gonna try to get some blinds for the apt and maybe a recliner and end table so I can get rid of this stupid couch. Nobody comes for a visit so I don't need all this seating in here. Walmart has some blinds I want that are blackout blinds and you just tighten the nut to make it fit in the window. Like those adjustable spring rods like in the shower kinda.

Those would be perfect. No screws and no worries of breaking the window sill wood. I've been unable to afford curtains or drapes for the whole house cuz they're expensive and I can never find enough matching sets for one room. It always seems the stores only have a couple panels and that's it.

The blinds are white and are shaped like octagon tubes and inside they're black. They look nice. Not sure how to measure for them so I'm gonna look at some other places where I see blinds and try to figure that out. I will start with one for the bathroom as a test run since that one is small.

Maybe someday before I die I'll get this house in order and get it looking more presentable. :ROFLMAO:
 
I got my Nintendo Switch online account going again. It's not expensive. I played some Animal Crossing and grabbed some things from a couple treasure islands off of Twitch. It takes patience to visit the free islands.

I'm making Ramen and egg rolls. Watching Goliath on Freevee on Amazon Prime. It's the free with ads section.
