Legal definition of a woman

That is not transgender. It is an example of an hermaphrodite species (Greek - Hermes, a male god, and Aphrodite, a female god).

Gender switching, male to female, or vice versa also occurs in nature.

Hermaphrodite organisms - leeches, prawns, oysters, starfish, frogs, coral, hydra, tapeworms and deep sea fish.

Gender switching organisms - fish (clown fish, wrasse fish, hawkfish, parrot fish, anemonefish) slugs, marine snails, bearded dragons (Aust. lizards), oysters, and quite a few other species.

Logically speaking, given that our human DNA shares many genes with lower life forms, it is not impossible that some of our genes relating to sex/gender might differ in a few individuals.
Lol oh you know , nice as most do not but I had no idea bearded dragons which as you know were very popular here in the states 10 to 15 years ago

Is calling a trans woman "he", discrimination? I'd need to better understand the thinking there. well to early to say perhaps - it does need testing by law?
I would never purposely insult anyone and there are some in Key West you would never know , well this is what I heard .

On another note like I mentioned going back years Australian reptiles and some amphibians were very popular here think the Blue Tongue skink and Whites treefrog started it all .

I have no idea if true but a pet store owner said the Australian government allowed the export of some which could be bred in captivity thus not have to worry about poaching .

Possible. Better to allow some out to responsible people than have the reptiles smuggled out by people involved in trafficking of protected wildlife.

I don't think calling a transwoman 'he' is discrimination - but it also isn't right thing to do. Call people by that which they want to be called. That surely isn't that hard to understand.

I'm not sure what you are arguing then. I don't think anyone said transwomen should be considered biological or genetic females.
But I can consider them to be medically/ surgically/ socially transitioned to female ( or female to male) and treat them accordingly.

What I am arguing is that trans women are not women. When you say "anyone said trans-women should be considered biological or genetic females", then I think you're playing that semantics game, you are being disingenuous. Want to use women's rest rooms? Want to participate in women's sports? They are claiming the rights that have been earned by biological females, and for biological females. That is the issue.

Socially? I"m not concerned about that. If you look like a guy, I'll assume you're a guy. If you look like a woman, I'll consider you a woman. If I were dating, I'd expect the person to tell me if they are trans upfront.

For eons and eons we have recognized Mens rooms/toilets/showers etc and the same for Women - maybe now time to expand our universe and add Trans/male rooms and Trans/female rooms? - be a start? I imagine God his son and the angels are having a good laugh now? " look we started them off with a simple blueprint and they are trying to go in for holy re-designing ??"

It did and does not matter to me. When I got to go I got to go. Make that midnight at a bar.

oh for goodness sake!
Nobody was in favour of trans women being in women's sports, yo u don't need to keep arguing that. 🙄
All other rights are about equality for all, so there is no issue with being a woman, a transwoman, a man, a transman....

and of course people should be upfront about any major life issue when dateing

If yo u think it is semantics and can't understand that some people feel they are not the gender they were biologically born with so be it.
I think most people can understand that - but if you can't, so be it.

Many places are 'expanding their universe' and just going for unisex toilets, each i n their own cubicle. Problem solved.

that doesnt help existing places though - obviously everywhere doesn't have the space or the finances to renovate to that.

Some in Key West look like very attractive women plus they like fish tanks and baseball .

Well at least this is what I was told .

sometimes you get the feeling that men are only interested in a relationship with women because they like the moments of sex?? and visa versa - haven't you read all the tales of women having sex with men and faking orgasms?? What about all the other moments of life together or don't you as a man have any ?

Granted, I'm gay but I dated women in high school and college. We were intimate but some of the best moments were our laughs together. They were also good friends and I've kept in touch with my high school girlfriend over the years.

I did not know that bearded dragons were popular pets in US. Where are they now and have any of them gone feral?
Yes they are here and were super popular and with the new color morphs the popularity went through the roof but last 5 years or so not nearly as popular .

Solid white and paradox which is white with other colors kept them popular bit longer but as you know they get real tame , dog tame .

I do not agree at all with only 7 invasive reptiles , and base it on my yard , lol .
"

Are there bearded dragons in Florida?

Yes, bearded dragons have been found in Florida. They are one of the seven invasive reptiles in Florida. They have been here since 1976. Bearded dragons are a type of lizard that is native to Australia. They were introduced into the United States as pets, but they’re not native to the United States and they’re not protected by any laws.

They can live throughout the state, but have mostly been found in the central, southern and southwest regions of Florida.''

I have had women think I'm Gay and certainly not based on my attire as dress fairly shabby unless going somewhere .

I had a woman about 6 months ago ask me if I was married , I told her no and on her cell phone she showed me a pic of her male cousin .

Thankfully he lives in another state as I didn't have the heart to tell her I am not Gay .

I told her I was flattered as good looking guy but somewhat seeing a rich surgeon . He like uneducated bald men .

So yes I went full scale on it as figured might as well be seeing someone rich .

No thank you. Have you taken a look at the world today? There is a minuscule number of trans folk. It equates to less the half a percent of people in the US. You think the country should add new bathrooms to accommodate less than half a percent of people that are scattered across the US? Not to mention, many of those will be a various stages of transition. This just seems like a huge expense over a small problem.

Respectfully, I don't know what "many places" are, the location, the number, etc. But Unisex bathrooms as a standard would certainly be something I'd not support. It's a terrible idea, imo. Given the world we live in, I'm surprised you'd suggest it, to be honest. Privacy, modesty, and safety are important, and you shouldn't consider throwing it away in order to accommodate .5% of people scattered across the US. I see nothing but disaster coming from it, imo. There may be instances where there isn't space for a men/women rest room, but for the most part......
