After being out in the sun in the am and then in the tub by early afternoon I wonder if he overheated got dehydrated and passed out. In some of the final pictures of him over the last year he did not look healthy. He looked really tired, poor muscle tone etc. Looks like the addictions and surgeries on his body took their toll

Law enforcement sources told the outlet the actor was found on Saturday at a home in Los Angeles after first responders were called to the scene for a cardiac arrest.
Sources claim he was found in a jacuzzi at the home but no drugs were found at the scene and there was no indication of foul play.
A source told the outlet that there was so sign of foul play, and that robbery-homicide detectives are investigating his death.

Perry has been candid publicly about his problems with drugs and alcohol, having first went to rehab in 1997 for what was said to a pain medication addiction after a jet skiing accident.
Following this initial stint, he then went to rehab again in 2001 and 2011. He told an interviewer in 2016 that he doesn't remember filming three seasons of Friends.

Sad but true. The back end catches up to people who abused their bodies when young. I know people with bp issues by mid 40s being a lifetime drinker and party drug consumer. They worked out and experimented with steroids. They wound up on 3 bp meds after a mini stroke before 50
he abused the meaning of the word abused.... if you read back you'll see some of the illnesses and disabilities he suffered during his drug taking years .What a great pity because his body kept going despite that serious abuse.. so potentially if he hadn't ever taken drugs or abused alcohol.. he might have lived with that strong constitution a very long life..

no...I could be sadder still...I know all those phrases, and I can picture the scene instantly in my mind from which episode they were from...I don’t watch much TV and never sitcoms, but I was addicted to Friends. My daughter and I watched every episode, we bought the entire dvd set, watched over and over. It never got old.
She and I and several of our mutual friends who were similarly enchanted with the show use, to this day, different Friends quotes as part of our normal conversation it’s become so much a part of our lives.

Oh ok. I thought there was some breaking news in connection with his death or something. My misunderstanding.
He probably had serious heart trouble because he did not look healthy in the final years of pictures. There were signs his body was retaining fluid, he looked tired, unfit/ little muscle or shape.
