Name something you still have from the 70’s

The first thing that comes to mind is an ID bracelet my steady boyfriend gave me for Christmas in 1966. He sent it to me after I moved to Florida with my parents in 11th grade. He was in college in Buffalo.
Those Spiedel IDs were made to last forever, still very shiny. I didn't marry this guy, but we are close friends to this day.

I got one of those for Christmas last year. Just like the one I got from my dad on my 14th b'day.

All I have from the 70s is my kids. I would be saying "a box of home-made Christmas cards and ornaments" except that box came up missing when we moved from one state to another. It was a really cool box. An antique wooden storage chest. I'm sure the movers dumped it out and kept it. My sewing machine came up missing, too. My grampa gave it to me when I got married.

One of the things that comes to mind besides my hubby and 2 kids are the signatures of the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team the year they won the Stanley Cup. My hubby was a big hocky fan and had season tickets for years. The year they won the cup we were in a restaurant and the team came in and sat at the table next to us. My Husband told them our son was a big fan of theirs and would love to have their signatures. Mind you my son was only 4rys old at the time. They all signed their signatures and we still have the paper.

All my Vinyl 45's and the case...
Me, too! One of my first 45s was "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on Your Head" by B.J. Thomas, "Brown Sugar" by the Rolling Stones, "Backfield in Motion" by Sam and Dave (I think), "Julie Do Ya Love Me" by Bobby Sherman (I was IN LOVE with him!). Thank heavens my musical tastes became much more sophisticated as I grew older. LOL

Also, if we were to show a young person that plastic thingie that we put in the middle of the record, I wonder if they'd know what it is. :)

My very first record that I bought with my own money was Band of Gold- Freda Payne... but we had a record stall in the market who sold older records that were no longer in the charts, so I was able to buy a load of 60's music which I loved but had been too young to buy at the time.. :D
