Pedophilia is a sickness and if you don't have that you may not judge about it

About thirty years ago a girls boyfriend abused her infant son while she was working. The child ultimately died from shaken child syndrome. The girl father (the child's grandfather) shot and killed the boyfriend. The video of the shooting was conclusive evidence against the grandfather. He was found not guilty, and the state appealed. In his second trial he was in fact found guilty and sentenced to 1 day in prison. The public was thrilled and I agree.

Has anyone here followed the Aaron Spencer case? Still ongoing. A man charged because of saving his daughter when taken by an older man.

He was charged. The trial is upcoming. Most people disagree with him being charged. While he was trying to stay behind him with his daughter, he was also on with 911 if I have my facts straight. Not like he was doing it unbeknownst and when he got the chance, and help had not arrived yet, he shot the man to save his daughter. The man had previously molested her, also if I have that right, I believe I do, and he came back after her again and took her and dad took off after him.

No one I know of disagrees with what he did, yet he was charged.

The only thing I think could affect things is he shot at him tons of times. But I think honestly that's even understandable. No jury imo is going to unanimously find him guilty.

I don't know what a DA is thinking charging him if they ever want to be elected again, if that is how it is done there.

And also? He just won the nomination for sheriff in that county probably BECAUSE of what he did.

If anyone gets a chance, look into it, google it. I didn't know about it at first but heard a lot of people referring to the case and then heard about what it was about.
 
It doesn't seem like treatment of the pedophile would be an option in at least some of the cases since it's been found that half of all pedophiles were born that way. I guess they used to think that the only reason someone would be a pedo is if someone molested them when they were children at the same age they're most attracted to now. The brain waves of normal people and pedos made that way by getting molested when they were children are the same; the born pedos have weird, alien-looking brainwaves.

Yes, guilt must be established beyond any doubt. Also children must be guarded and protected by adults who watch over them.

Here it's 15. Yes that's.. I don't know. A 16 year old with a 14 year old I wouldn't call pedofilia.

My cousin (now almost 70) was 16 and a 26 y o guy came at the door, asking her to go out. My aunt said no. That's none of your business! She may decide for herself! Nope. She's 16. We decide. Move it.

If they are sorry and want help there is. A 16 year old girl from church had been raped by her dad and he had some demons kicked out and was normal. He never went to court or anything cause she didn't go to the police, forgave him and now 30 years later she has pics of her sweet dad on her Facebook page.

When I was 4 a 12 year old did an attempt when I slept but then stopped and later tried to make up for it. I had nightmares for years, but if you believe it's a demon it's easier to forgive. You just forgive the person and hate the demon. But he stopped and it was once and he was sorry.

I think that's why I used to feel so sorry for these poor rapists. I was 19, bicycling alone in a wood at 11 pm, met an old man who didn't keep his hands with him. Don't know if it was a real rapist. I said: God is here! He got scared and didn't dare to do anything anymore and showed me the way home. LOL I said he had to go to a church and that God could surely heal him from it.

But people like Maxwell, I don't mind if they do that the O.T. way.
