The only thing I can think of that would make life better here in my apartment building would be a new owner and better management. Someone who cares about the people who live here. Not just squeezing as much money out of everyone who lives here and does not have a lot of money. I looked for information about our management and this is what I found.
"Bryten Real Estate Partners has received a total of 34 complaints in the last three years, with 20 of those closed in the past 12 months. Most complaints remain unanswered, indicating issues with customer service and responsiveness."
Common Issues Reported
- Service or Repair Issues: Many complaints relate to maintenance problems that were not addressed in a timely manner.
- Communication Problems: Residents have reported difficulties in reaching management and receiving responses to their inquiries.

- Rent Increases: Complaints include sudden rent increases after management changes, which have caught residents off guard.
Customer Experiences

So I feel when looking for a place to live there needs to be a way to research the management and owners. Not just the apartment and the building. In this building I live in there is constant stress and negativity among the tenants. Nobody ever says our management is good. When I moved in here there was some tenants who complained constantly about the manager. But there was a lot of interaction with her and she was fair and kept us informed. And actually was here every day even though she had to manage 2 other buildings in neighboring towns. She was fired because they said she went over budget.
