I agree SeaBreeze !
BTW....when will people learn it's .....Jaguar.....Not Jagwire ?
"Jag-wire" is a totally incorrect pronunciation. What baffles me is how they managed to get all three of the news readers to make the same error. We say jag-you-ar...I've heard American people pronounce it jagwarrr or Jagwire ..as you say...
A few years back I happened to meet a gentleman from Britain who actually sold them, & his pronunciation was Jag-u-ah.

Actually she did not climb over the barrier, leaned over it and she said (and others agree) the barrier is too close to the fence containing the animal. This occurred in Phoenix and I live here so we had tons of TV stories about it. The cat was able to nail her through the screen. https://www.azfamily.com/news/woman...cle_9e1640ca-4452-11e9-a032-cfa78e780cfa.htmlShe was on the news tonite saying the zoo should have had bigger barriers so people wouldn't be tempted to climb over them. Right, can't fix stupid. "Hey, it wasn't my fault I wanted to take the nice kitty's picture" .

I blame her for being stupid but not as stupid as some of the out of town articles would have you believe. BTW The barrier IS TOO CLOSE to the fence.
She didn't lean over the fence, she leaned over the barrier but the fence is within 3' of the barrier. In any event it ended well for her and the cat. The zoo is talking about moving the barrier further from the fence'OK fine, but then you don't add to the danger by leaning over an already closer fence.
"The barrier IS TOO CLOSE to the fence."......OK again, then she/we should stay even further away.......She & she alone is responsible for her injuries.
