Getting to bed at a reasonable hour, for me at least, seems like a challenging task every night. Does anyone else have the issue of just not getting the motivation to WANT to gt into bed. There always seems like there is just one more thing to do before the days end.
What are you tips, tricks, or techniques that you use around night time to get to bed and to get to sleep at a reasonable hour to prevent staying up late into the night puttering around.
I feel that I have fallen into some bad habits that may never break. However, it would be good to get some feedback on some other peoples situations regarding sleep and to see if maybe some one might have some useful little trick that I may try to get into my bed and to just close my eyes. WHY IS IT SO HARD?!
