Sailing in a strong wind is fun, if a bit rough on the stomach. Funny, swimming in a choppy sea rarely makes people seasick.
Nothing compared to the whitewater rafting and kayaking I've done! This will be calm.

Geez, I hadn't even thought about it being Friday the 13th until I got on this forum. I ran errands today and survived.
My mother was born on Friday the 13th, and she married my dad on Friday the 13th. The 13th wasn't unlucky for her!

I know what you mean about Friday the 13th Butterfly. My dad was born on Friday the 13th so I think it's the best day of all.My Dad was a wonderful man so I feel the 13th is a very lucky day for me.

I buried my dad on Friday the 13th..Not a great memory for me..
The terrorist attacks in Paris began on Fri. 13th. It was in France on Fri. 13 that Phillip the Fair condemned and executed the Templar knights by burning at the stake. The leader of the Templars proclaiming his innocence as he died cursed the King and France for this miscarriage of justice. So began the Fri. 13th superstition.
