Hi All,
Just wanted to put this link here for those interested in starting to read about gelatin bennies. I have just been using it for I think 3 or 4 weeks so can't say a lot, it is just what I do now. Formed the habit of drinking it in herbal tea with honey in the evenings.

I like number 8. in the list, there are other bennies, but the joint/arthritis stuff is what I am interested in most. Ok, so though thought of my skin becoming nicer is not something I'd turn down. I like the price too, if you aren't to fussy about using Knox instead of something supposedly 100% pure that you either boil the bones yourself, or buy in a package off Amazon or somewhere. I pay 1.58 for a pack of 4, so figuring that out for one month, is about 12 bucks, something like that. One pack is one tbsp.
I just mix a packet into about 8 ounces of water stirring and mixing, while I boil a cup of water. Then I pick out my tea, put some honey in, and then I will put the tea into the taller glass (I do let it cool a bit unless I have a glass-type that won't break from heat). It adds up to almost 16 ounces, and it is a warm drink not hot. You can mix it in anything you like, but as most of you know, you need to dissolve the gelatin in a way it not only mixes, but it doesn't start to gel, ick. More help on that if you want but you ladies can handle it I know
The first thing I noticed was sleeping so well, and I didn't pee all night, even after drinking that big glass, but I did go just before bed, and I am usually up til about midnight on these warm, summer nights I love so much
Ok, didn't mean to snag the thread Georgia, just wanted this to be here for you all. d0ug will tell you of his success, and I'll tell you this much, he was told he needed surgeries, and he had none, and at 71 he is virtually pain free. They told him he had no cartilage left as well. Hope I am getting that right, but you can check with d0ug
Hugs Georgia! Glad your morning is so bright, and you don't have to go to that "client" anymore!! Denise
