Maybe the one I posted a couple of years ago? For this one, stare at the center of the picture for 40-60 seconds, then tilt your head back & close your eyes.

For IKE and win231, I think it has something to do with how the image is imprinted on the brain through sight and the brain turns the image into a picture. Both were very cool!

I didn't see anything. It might be the lighting on this phone which is how I'm viewing it. I normally see optical illusions so I was surprised not to see anything.
