How did you chose your user name, is it significant or did you, like me, just pluck it out of thin air ?

It was my club name when I was a youth leader.
Similar to Akela or Raksha, but Australian.

Being the oldest guy at work, someone called me Pappy and it stuck till I retired in 99.

When I was a young child my dad bought a used wooden sail boat (minus the sails), and he always took us out on it to go fishing, he named it SeaBreeze. Lots of good memories from way back then, so I picked my user name to honor my father's memory. :sentimental:

I was looking out the window at the trees and that is how 'greenleaves'
became my user name. I am 'tortie' on another forum because Callie

Actually the N is two fold..The "N" was for "North" Texas. Then I bought an antique Ford N Tractor and joined that forum and a few other tractor forums..So the N fit in.....

Probably in an "interesting" mood the day I joined and needed a user name. Some days I feel it is my given name!

I cannot remember all the user names I have on various discussion boards. Have a written list somewhere. But, my time on boards has decreased significantly since I retired. Mostly spend the time I have on about 3 boards. Easier to remember who I am if I limit the number of boards I post to.
