Stuffed cabbage from our first garden cabbage. We also had coleslaw. They went surprisingly good together. I thought it would be too much cabbage!
What's fun about frozen pizza is that you can add your own extra stuff on em.Living alone I got so used to store bought pizza (Dr. Oetker) that I no longer like any of the fast food franchises' pizzas. Store bought crusts are crunchy, franchises limp! I heartily dislike limp while most folks with more discerning tastes love them that way!
How true! I recently discovered French's Crunchy Toppers (onions) and sprinkle them liberally on my pizzas! What's fun about frozen pizza is that you can add your own extra stuff on em.
Love those things. I put them on top of my bell pepper and avocado salads. How true! I recently discovered French's Crunchy Toppers (onions) and sprinkle them liberally on my pizzas!

Grass fed beef from Sam's. Kind of like a little meatloaf inside.I'm mightily intrigued - wot did you stuff it with?
Impressive! I never learned to can, but wish I had.I pressure canned 5 pints/1 quart of potatoes, and 2 quarts of sweet potatoes. They come in handy when I want to put together a quick meal.
I've never liked Kangaroo.. we can get kangaroo steaks here.. but there's no fat on them, so they're very strong tasting..I often have one 'roo hamburgher fried between a toasted bun and sprinkled /layered wot ever with leaves of lettuce ;onion rings and sliced mushroom - one is filling enough - I was taught to not over eat - always leave some for others!!
Can you not get your Thai D-I-L to make a bunch of meals for you that you can freeze?... or does she not live near you ?morning breakfast a hot green thai chilly dish - from a pkt but still enough of a kick for me - everything comes in the pkt except the oil and chicken or prawns if you wish or any other likish meat? the ingredients are all in tin foil pkts and you start with cooking a curry paste with the oil and then adding other spices and finally your meat or seafood - best done in a wok - only takes 15mins and comes out spicy enough for me. think the entire pkt costs 6-7A$ ? my dil who IS thai would scold me for doing it that way but beggars can't be choosers!

yea healthy like - but I've been out hunting in the bush and eating fresh meat - cut from a hanging roo [deceased] from a tree in thin slices and quickly barbecued - like eating salmon pieces - magic but living off the land probably always is the best way to go - I pick up meat and chicken in WW and where the hell they are getting that from god knows - its rubbish! - we do have a fresh butcher in town though must try him next?I've never liked Kangaroo.. we can get kangaroo steaks here.. but there's no fat on them, so they're very strong tasting..
