I made a carrot cake using a cake mix. Recently started using milk instead of water. Added raisins and chopped pecans.

Also used can of cream cheese frosting which I beat with electric mixer to fluff it up! Also added a dash of salt to the frosting.

tastes pretty good for a mix.

Homemade mushroom pizza for dinner tonight

Left overs from the freezer. So nice to have something when we don't feel like cooking. I did fry up the leftover cabbage to it that I used for the cabbage rolls & added some noodles to it that I'll munch on for a few days.
